Start with Core at R1,400 per month and add the modules you need. Every price is monthly, in rand, and the same whether three people log in or fifty.

The fine print

  • Core is required. It holds the projects, BOQs and permissions the other modules use.
  • Other modules are added or removed month to month.
  • No VAT is charged. Cybernaut Studio is not VAT-registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.

Pricing questions

Do you charge per user?

No. Every module includes unlimited users. Your monthly price depends only on the modules you choose, so you can give every supervisor, storeman and QS their own login.

Can we change modules later?

Yes. Core is always on, and you can add or remove any other module from one month to the next as your needs change.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There is no setup fee. You pay the monthly price of the modules you choose, and founding customers also get help importing their first BOQs.

What happens to our data if we leave?

You take it with you. You can export any project to Excel at any time, and when you leave we provide a complete export of your records and documents.

How does the founding discount work?

Founding customers pay 30% less on every module they choose for their first 12 months. After that, the standard monthly prices apply. Places are limited, and the offer is for contractors who join before public launch.
